It’s nice to hear that other good things are happening to the world besides em going on a trip to greece on 11th July.

Apple announced today that the new iPhone 3G will be released on 11th July!

3G Implementation

The brand new iPhone 3G has some super sleek advanced features that will surely grab your attention!

For this occasion Apple setup a guided tour of their new product, which you can watch online. There are 3 types of streams(small/medium/large) so that even a guy with dial up can take the tour. - Note that you have to install Quicktime player in order to take the tour.

With the new 3G system incorporated you will be able to reach speeds way higher(almost double) than on 2G EDGE networks!  Now multitasking is taken to a brand new level, thanks to the advancement of 3G which allows both voice and data transfer in same time.

Above i’ve presented you he shiny new features of the upcoming iPhone 3G. The only thing that will determine you to buy or not buy the product will be its price(a small tip: try to resist the temptation for a few months because its price will probably drop).

Apple launched today the brand new iMac. I am pleased to say that the features are stunning, and this represents a great opportunity to those who ever wanted to buy one.

There are 4 models you can choose from, the cheapest being the 20″ one with a 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo CPU. The price of this model is $1,199.00 and comes with free shipping.

The most expensive model has a 24″ display, a 3.06 GHZ Intel core 2 duo CPU, and a NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GS with 512MB memory video card. The only problem is that it costs almost double($2,199.00) than the cheapest model.

All of the 4 models are powered by Intel Core 2 Duo CPU’s and have either ATI or nvidia GPU’s(graphic processing units). If you buy a iMac you won’t have to worry about storing your files, because you can choose from getting a model with 250GB HDD, 320GB HDD or 500GB HDD.

That’s lots and lots of storage place and power, especially if you think of the upgrades you can buy: HDD up to 1TB(1000GB), Memory(RAM) up to 4GB. Heck, the new iMac makes my PC look like a snail compared to it :).

The screen is thinner than ever, Apple already proved us that they can really make slim accessories/PC’s (remember Macbook Air, which is the world’s thinnest notebook), and it also contains a built-in iSight camera so you can directly interact with your friends on the internet.

The bottom line is that its worth to buy a iMac rather than a desktop PC, because it’s thinner, it uses less space, meaning you don’t have to worry about storage, and it also comes with warranty so you can give up your worries! What more can you expect from a “monitor”?

Fortune magazine recently published a list of top 20 most admired companies in the US. In the top 20 we find well known brands like Apple(1st place), Google(4th place), and Microsoft(16th place). What is odd that Yahoo isn’t part of this prestigious top 20 Most admired companies list.

Here are some informations about the above mentioned companies:

Steve Jobs really knows how to run a company.By creating high quality products like iPod, iPod Nano, iPhone, Apple Touch, iMac and ofcourse the MacBook Apple built up a great reputation. And the best thing in their products is the warranty and the quality. If you buy a Macbook for example you know that it’s not MADE IN CHINA and that you can rely on it. The prices aren’t too high, so even if you can’t afford to buy a iPhone for example then you can save your funds and buy it the next month knowing it’s a good investment. The other thing that gave Apple a good reputation is that you can connect one item to each other and link them together. It’s like expanding your PC with stand alone components.

Who doesn’t know the story of the no.1 search engine in the world? 2 Stanford university students - Page and Brin create a simple search engine in 1998 which today is the world’s no.1 search engine which offers other services like: contextual advertising, free mail, feed tracker(feedburner) and will soon break into mobile operating systems niche(with the OS Android). As i read on other websites life at Google is great and the employees are really satisfied with their jobs. Well to be honest, who wouldn’t want to work at google?

Most of us use their product(Windows) day by day and lots of times swear saying how much it sucks but yet we still use it to be able to play our favorite games, run our programs and enjoy the GUI. In my opinion Bill would never taught that his “hobby” will turn into a such big company. I’m really curious that will he retire this summer. You need an iron will to do something like that when your on top of a huge corporation. It seems that Microsoft gained the american’s trust and admiration which got it on 14th position.

All the 3 above mentioned companies are well known and solid names in the world of IT&C, and each one of them has made a great contribution to its users and will continue to do it.

Apple, the company which made the worldwide popular gadgets: Macbook, iTouch, iPod and iPhone launched yesterday the world’s thinnest notebook: Macbook Air. The festivity had place in San Francisco and was lead by the billionaire Steve Jobs.

Macbook Air features a 13.3 inch widescreen display + built-in iSight camera and it features a powerful Intel Core 2 Duo 1.6GHZ processor along with 2GB of memory+ bluetooth 2.1 port and it costs 1700$(IMO its damn expensive, i would rather get a DELL Alienware PC or a HP or Fujitsu but if you need mobility and lightweight this is the best solution for you.)

The shipping of the product will start in 2weeks when the product will also be available in stores( i bet many people are enthusiasted about it)

They don’t call it the world’s thinnest notebook for nothing!

The screen’s width is only 2mm, the body’s width is 2cm and it weights only 1.3kg, meaning if you put it in a backpack there are big chances that your backpack will be heavier than the notebook :)

My overall rating:
