Crafty Syntax Live Help is free and is programmed in PHP with Mysql for the database.

Installation

Step 1: Go to the Crafty Syntax Live Help download center and get the latest release.

Step 2: Upload the files from the archive on your webserver using a ftp client (e.g. Smart FTP)

Step 3: Make sure that the config.php file is writable before you start the installation.

Step 4: Create a fresh new database name.

Step 5: Go to yoursite.com/setup.php to begin the installation.

Step 6: Now you just have to select your language, your installation type (leave it as new installation), your title, your http and https path. Create a admin account,

type in your e-mail address.

Also type in the full path to Live Help.

And last but not least enter your database info.

After all of this click install.

Congratulations.You’ve succesfully installed Crafty Syntax Live Help. Don’t forget to change the permission to 755 or 400 for the config.php file.
