Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull Movie review

The ’80’s are over. Over long ago. If i would meet Steven Spielberg most probably this would be my starting line. This movie puts the R in retro, most probaly this was the whole idea, but i don’t think us youg people enjoy lame old-school movies.

The whole movie recreates that old feeling which is made by the previous parts of the movie, except that Harrison Ford is old, but in the movie he still beats up a whole russian army, so he must be in a really good shape.

The story-line is pretty good, but the way in which the movie is directed and the scenes and elements have a huge lack of 21xt century addons(except the explosions).

I’ve seen movies which present the 40’s and 50’s and they were 100% better, although they didn’t have a such great story line. Spielberg dissapointed me on this one. I have absolutely no idea how it  got such a good rating over at IMDB.

I watched it because i saw the previous parts and i expected something formidable this time, after about 19 years. Technology in the ilming industry also evolves.

Either way, my take is that i wasted my money on the cinema ticket and too bad i can’t yell GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!
