Nice post.

I ran into some issues as I had typed “aspmx.l.google.com” into cpanel as lowercase – which was not working. Once I changed it to all caps “ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM” everything resolved.

Nice post, been meaning to implement this for months! thx.
I got an error with cpanel when trying to add the entries : Could not fetch sitename. Db’s .
My host managed to fix this , apparently the DB was corrupt and had to be repaired/replaced.
