PHP-Nuke is a Web Portal System or content management system. The goal of PHP-Nuke is to have an automated web site to distribute news and articles with users system. Each user can submit comments to discuss the articles. Installation
Step 1: Go to the phpnuke download center and download the latest release.
Step 2: Create a fresh new database.
Step 3: Open the config.php file and enter your database host, database name, database username and password.

Step 4: Upload the files from the html folder on your webserver and set the permissions to 0777 for the files ultramode.txt and config.php.
Step 5: Go to yoursite.com/install/index.php to beging the instalation of phpnuke.
Step 6: A pre-installation check page will apear. If everything is in order click next.
Step 7: If you agree to the license click next.
Step 8: Complete the MySQL database configuration and then click next.

Step 9: Enter your site’s name and click next.

Step 10: Enter your site’s url, your e-mail, and your desired password. After that click next.

Congratulations. You’ve succesfuly installed phpnuke on your website. Don’t forget to delete the install folder and enjoy phpnuke!
