I was thinking this is a problem only for romanian publishers, because none of the publishers from Romania got the cash from Google in that period. Anyway you said it, there is nothing we can do, so they can make a habit out of this and we still won't have a word to say :) The truth is that there isn't any other ad network better than Google... that's their advantage.
