<description>Hi, just looking for answers and found you. Nice site, perhaps I will be playing with word press sooner than I thought!

I am Going thru worse right now, support ticket has been open for over a week now and all I get is what I would think to be is answers from high school drop outs or worse.

My problem stems from the ability to upload files via php. I even went so far as to make them a little script, so they could see the problem from there and report back. The only thing I have got so far (a week later), is a reply where someone finally noticed I had $ftpport= as $$ftpport= , I seen it as soon as I posted but couldn't edit the ticket to correct it.

Point is, 1 week just for them to even look at the example I had given!, with nothing above moronic answers, and "kind regards" about three times a day, trying to get me to close the ticket. Something is telling me no one has ever taken a moment to even check the original script / problem in question.

Let me state as above, need mysql ? better look elsewhere.. I have a drupal site there that is dead more than alive with only about 30 hits a day. Hard to believe that's too much of a server load. I remember in the wild wild west where I would have 50 of them on a old desktop, with one dedicated ip from home, and do work (graphics etc) on the box at the same time. Really makes one wonder what exactly their "cluster" is really made up of.

If you must use this service, again as above I would not recommend it for anything other than static pages. Nothing from the admin area to the servers are "user friendly"</description>
