Adding the list to your blog:

Head over to your wordpress AdminCP -> there select the Options tab -> select writing sub-tab -> scroll down to Update services

When you publish a new post, WordPress automatically notifies the following site update services. For more about this, see Update Services on the Codex. Separate multiple service URLs with line breaks.

Paste the list in the empty field and update the options. Simple as that, from now on you don’t have to do anything except writing posts.
