The Redmond giant has much more fixes to add on this SP before launching the final version.... As for IE7, I'm not certain for this exclusion, as Microsoft always changes its plans. Maybe IE7 will be included on the new SP3, though I'm not sure about Microsoft's future decisions to add also DirectX10 and Media Player 11 on Windows XP......
